Storms on the Horizon

I’m over the moon to announce that my short story The Third Pint has been selected for The Storms, Issue V — and I’ve also been named their Featured Prose Writer for the issue!

Such an honour to have a story with The Storms

This is such an incredible honour. The editors described this as their toughest round of submissions yet, with a “sensational standard of work,” so to have my story not only chosen but highlighted in this way means the world to me.

Storms is a fantastic journal that champions bold, brilliant writing, and I couldn’t be prouder to see The Third Pint find its home there. A huge thanks to the editors, Damien and Rhona, for their support and kind words, and for putting their trust in my words.

The Storms is a publication I’ve long admired, so to be included in its pages is such an honour and I couldn’t be happier!

Past Issues - and to think I’ll be among them now!

There’ll be lots more to share soon — including an in-person launch, a Zoom event, and even a special episode on the Eat the Storms podcast. I’ll keep you posted, but for now I just want to celebrate this exciting publication!
